Some pictures from the NM we took early Tuesday morning. Tent camped
last night and got rained on. So far, 4 arid western states, 4 nights
camping and 4 rainstorms! I still got it!!

We camped at Crater Monument campground on our single night in Idaho.
A very unworldly place! Here is a panoramic view from the top of a
volcanic cone.

Rocky Mountain National Park

Oregon Trail

We have been spending a lot of time following the path of the old
Oregon trail! Went to a wonderful museum in Baker City today that had
life-size replicas of wagons, oxen and pioneers. Also saw the rutted
trail in a couple of places as well as markers put down years ago.
Those pioneers were a tough crowd.
